How To Use the Google Outlook Link

 

1.      Download the exe file, close Outlook (if open) and double click on the exe file to start the installation process.

2.      After the installation process is completed, a show map tab will be visible, but not necessarily active in the toolbar (shown below).

 

3.      Click on the Contacts (3) to open the contacts window in Outlook.

4.      The Show Map tab will be now active in the toolbar (4).

5.      Select a contact address and click on the Show Map (4)  tab to plot the selected address on the map.

 

 

6.      The mapped location will be shown in the outlook address book window under the GMaps Link tab (6).

 

7.      There is also a tool available to send email notice to your friends about this free plug-in.  You can manually enter the email addresses in the box (7).

8.      Clicking on the Browse Address Book will open a window with all the e-mail addresses From your Outlook contacts (8).

 

 

 

9.      Clicking on the Browse Address Book button will open the dialog below.

10. The e-email addresses from the Outlook contacts will shown in the Address Book dialog.  You can select multiple e-mail addresses by holding the CTRL key down while selecting the addresses(9).

11. Once the e-mail address or addresses have been selected, click on the “To->” button (10), and they will be transferred into the address selection box (11).

12. Click on the OK button (12) to transfer the selected email addresses to the “send” email box.

 

 

 

13.  Click on the Send E-Mail(s) button (13) to the send emails.
